When are foundation and as-built surveys required?
In accordance with LDC 20.06.01, for all building projects which require construction of a foundation of 100 square feet or more. A foundation survey shall be submitted to the permit clerk for review by the Planning Division prior to a dry-in inspection. The survey shall show the finished floor elevation of the lowest slab, the crown of the nearest road and all setbacks. For all building projects requiring a foundation survey, an as-built survey shall be submitted to the permit clerk prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy.
