Can I leave items on the beach overnight?

We encourage Leave No Trace. Items left on the beach overnight will be removed by City staff and kept for approximately one week at the City of Destin’s Public Services Maintenance Yard. Appointments can be made to retrieve items by calling (850) 837-4242.
