City staff will return to pre-hurricane operations beginning Monday, September 21st, 2020. Damage assessments of all our city operated parks are nearing completion. The following update is a list of what is open and what is closed.

Park Status:
Leonard Destin – CLOSED. Due to Erosion Damage.
Clement Taylor Park – CLOSED. Due to Erosion Damage.
Mattie Kelly Pier – CLOSED. For Structural Damage.
Joe’s Bayou – Ramp 2, 3 and 5 are OPEN. 
Main Street Pier – CLOSED. For Structural Inspection.
Kell- Aire South – OPEN. 10 Trees are Down with Anticipated Removal Next Week. 
Morgan Sports Center – OPEN with limited activity. Walking path and children’s park is OPEN.
Dog Park – OPEN.
The Shore at Crystal Beach Park is OPEN. 
The following trails in the Crystal Beach area are OPEN: Barracuda Trail, Crystal Beach Trail, Pompano Trail, Shirah Trail and Tarpon Trail
O’Steen Trail is OPEN.
Calhoun Trail is OPEN.
Silver Shells Trail is OPEN.

Norriego Point Beach Park is OPEN. There are areas that are under repair.                                                                                                                                                                     June White Decker Beach Park is CLOSED.
