Destin, FL – Mayor Gary Jarvis will deliver the annual State of the City address and highlight the City’s progress on Tuesday, February 19^th. Mayor Jarvis’ address shall take place during the City Council meeting being held at the City Hall Annex located at 4100 Indian Bayou Trail at 6 p.m.
