The City of Destin’s 34th Annual Christmas Parade will be held Saturday, Dec. 8, 2018, at 10 a.m. This year’s theme is “Christmas at the Beach." Floats will begin at Downtown Destin Shopping Center (Old Time Pottery) and travel west down Harbor Blvd. (Hwy 98) to Stahlman Avenue. Spectators should stand on the north side of Harbor Blvd. to watch the parade. For those who wish to enter a float in the parade, applications are available at the Destin Community Center and online here. In lieu of an entry fee, each float entry must make a donation of a new toy for a local charity and drop it off at the Destin Community Center along with a completed application.
