The paving of portions of the citywide stormwater project is planned to begin Saturday, Oct. 7, weather permitting. Crews plan to grade the roadways of Kelly Street, Beach Drive, Benning Drive and Maltezos Street on Saturday and continue with paving beginning Monday, Oct. 9. Motorists should be careful in these areas and expect minor delays during the paving project.
