FREE mitigation workshops for residents in all 67 counties in Florida and will be available for Okaloosa residents online June 9, at 10 a.m. and 7 p.m. BRACE has partnered with the Disaster Resistant Communities Group (DRCG) to conduct the Internet based workshops that will take about one hour for residents to complete. During each workshop participants will gain valuable insight on how homeowners can undertake one or more windstorm mitigation projects on their homes to strengthen it against Florida’s next wind disaster.
