Mayor Sam Seevers invites the public to join her for the City of Destin’s Annual State of the City Address on Tuesday, Feb. 25, at 5:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers at the Destin City Hall Annex.
Citizens are encouraged to attend as Mayor Seevers reviews the city’s progress over the past year and highlights the city’s many accomplishments in 2013.
“I am truly honored to address the citizens of Destin and to share the state of our remarkable city,” said Seevers. “We accomplished many wonderful things in 2013, and I’m excited to share our highlights with the community, as well as to share the efforts of our volunteers and our city partners.”
This will mark the City of Destin’s 29th State of the City Address and the fourth for Mayor Seevers. The event is open to the public and refreshments will be served.
