The Destin Library staff would like to remind the community that they offer notary services free of charge. No library card is required. The Notary Public, Kitti Capps, is available on the following dates and times:
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 9-10 a.m. and 3-4 p.m.
- Wednesday: 3-4 p.m.
- Friday: 9-10 a.m.
