[ARCHIVED] A Sustainably Spooky Halloween Craft at the Destin Library

Sustainably Spooky

Destin, Fla. – Sustainable September concludes at the Destin Library with a fun Halloween craft repurposing our favorite resource: Books! On September 30th at 6:00 p.m., come to the library with a quaint and curious volume of forgotten lore, or any old book you no longer read, and learn how to turn the pages into unique Halloween decorations. No need to fear if you don’t have your own old book to bring, as the library will gladly provide one for you to use. Maybe this craft will inspire you to upcycle other old items into new creations, just like Victor Frankenstein!

This program is intended for participants ages 12 and up. To ensure there are enough supplies for everyone, please register for this program at okaloosa.librarycalendar.com, click on the Sustainably Spooky Halloween Craft event, and fill out the short registration form under the event details. If you have any questions, please contact the Destin Library at 850-837-8572 or library@cityofdestin.com.
