The Human Resource/Risk Manager is a member of the City Manager's staff. Human Resource responsibilities include:
- The administration of federal/state laws,
- The administration of city policies regarding the life cycle of City employees,
- Risk management responsibilities involve the employment of risk control methods, as well as, the procurement and administration of insurance policies.
