The Destin Building/Permitting Division and the Community Development Department Team invites all contractors and design professionals who do business in Destin to attend a stakeholder discussion on Thursday, Feb. 14, at 2 p.m. at the City Hall Annex regarding the city’s new Tree Removal Permit process, new ordinances and general guidelines for submitting permit applications.
City staff recognizes the importance for all businesses and property owners to understand the permitting process. This meeting will provide everyone an opportunity to learn and ask questions that will alleviate permitting confusion in the future and improve the permit application process.
